To any current and future editors. Please leave out build times as build time is influence by buffs like Construction in the Academy. So to accurately add build times, you would have to have a column for each build time, which wouldn't be practical.
With Troops, every troop I've seen regardless of level, costs 1 recruit to train so no need for a recruit cost count.
