Political Points can be attributed in the Lord menu, tab Lord Info.
They have the following effect:
- Maximum Hero EXP Pool: +1,000 per point
- Farm Resource Output: +1% per point
- Building Construction Speed: +2% per point
- City Defense Construction Speed: +1% per point
By building and upgrading an Economic Center, players get +1 point per level. Those points cannot be re-attributed to Military Points.
